Safe Homes, Healthy Families
Protect your loved ones from lead exposure by scheduling a free lead remediation (worth $13,000) with HANDS.
Our children mean the world to us – we want nothing more than to keep them safe and happy. However, if your home was built before 1978, there’s a chance your family may be exposed to lead. Lead is a toxic metal often found in the deteriorating paint and soil of older homes. Children are especially vulnerable to the harmful effects of lead exposure, which can lead to irreversible brain damage, seizures, and other life-threatening health conditions.
To help combat this serious issue, HANDS is launching a free lead remediation and abatement program for qualified residents in Essex County. Protect yourself and your loved ones from the dangers of lead exposure at no cost to you.
